Routine Vaccination
　 Routine Vaccination is carried out by the municipal office in accordance with the Preventive Vaccination Law.






　Voluntary Vaccination
　　Voluntary vaccination, which is not subject to the Preventive Vaccination Law, is conducted in consultation between a vaccine recipient and a doctor and is not promoted by the government; however, the vaccines used are approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under the Pharmaceutiacal Affairs Law.
